A new 2008 Empire 6 axle Carrier with an RG Petro Machinery JC18/11 Drawworks. Mobile Class ll Freestanding Double Tubing Rig.
Rig completely engineered for free standing.
42” x 10” ( 106.7cm x 25.4 cm) Main drum with an air disc auxiliary brake and crown saver. Drawworks rated to 13,100 ft. (4,000) meters.
450 hp QSX Cummins Diesel electronic environmentally friendly engine.
CLT5861-DB Allison Transmission
Dual man rated Hydraulic winches.
Oversized working floor 7ft. X 14 ft. (2.1 meters x 4.3 meters).
Extra fall arrest on rod basket for working at tubing board or on pump jacks.
Full cat walks on driller’s side and off driller’s side.
38” x 8” (96.5cm x 20.3cm) Sand line drum with 12,000 ft. (3,600 meters) of sand line.
Complete Class II 22 gallon (85 liter) accumulator and 7 1/16”, 3000 psi (21 mpa) double gate B.O.P. with workover spool.
Digital sandline counter (depthometer).
Rig is fully equipped to handle rods from 5/8” to 1 1/8” (16mm – 25mm).
Rig is fully equipped to handle pipe from 2 3/8” to 3 1/2” (60.3mm – 88.9mm).
